2. Do I need a prescription to purchase a wheelchair?

No. You can purchase most wheelchairs directly from our store without a prescription unless specifically indicated on the product page.


3. Is shipping available outside the UK?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.


4. How much does shipping cost?

All wheelchair orders within the UK qualify for free shipping.


5. How long will delivery take?

  • Handling (processing) time: 1–3 business days

  • Transit time: 2–4 business days

Total delivery time is typically 3–7 business days.


6. Can I return a wheelchair if I’m not satisfied?

Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the wheelchair is unused and in its original packaging.

7. What if my wheelchair arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


8. Do your wheelchairs come with a warranty?

Yes. All wheelchairs come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.


9. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your wheelchair is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor the delivery.
